I had the thrill of having SEVERAL little children at my house this past saturday for my son's 7th birthday! What a rush of excitement to see these energetic little souls,full of life, light, happiness, "right now" and "forward" thinkers, simple and free from major worries. As an adult I feel stressed, hurried and regretful of past mistakes-about the oposite as these children feel! How grateful I am to be REMINDED that we all need to get back in touch with our inner CHILD! It is liberating to forget about all the "dumb adult stuff" for a change and JUST PLAY! Try it! You may never want to return to the "adult" world! YIPPEEEE!

- I am a mother of 2 young children ages 11 & 7. I have lived in Utah all my life (49 years). I started my company in 1983 named Koala-Tee's Inc...I can't believe it's been over 26 years ago. About 3 years ago I changed (transformed) my way of thinking. I was obese, tired all the time, had high cholesterol and knew If I wanted to live to see my children grow, I had to completely change my life. I prayed and worked on getting myself right in "my head" first. The rest of the changes, including weight "release", healthy eating, and exercising, came naturally and with ease. I am a "new" Wendy. I am so grateful that I was able to see both sides of this life. What an opportunty to know and understand the terrible feelings of despair, bad health, and depression-then going completely from that dark world to where I am now. I am writing a book currently about my experiences. My goal is to help others realize that anyone can get it right in their head first and make the changes they want in their own life! It's entitled "The Boss of Myself". Think about that...who controls YOU? You are the boss of YOURSELF!
