Hello everyone!
I am so sorry I have not checked in for a WHOLE WEEK! A ton of things are happening right now. NO LIE-Man, I have so many projects on the table that I don't know what year this is sometimes...you think I'm joking?
So I will let you know all that is happening instead of giving you my usual "World according to Wendy" blogs.
First, I am continuing to work on my business that I started over 25 years ago-to grow it to a point of "adulthood", if you will, that It may run oh so smoothly with a great bunch of employees and BE PROFITABLE. It's been a small "mom & pop" shop for all these years, gradually growing in sales and staff oh so SSLLOOOWWWWLLYYYYY! After 25 years....where is the MONEY??? SHOW ME THE MONEY! I had my great friend, Jennifer, come in with her outstanding organizational skills and most impressive intelligence-to motivate me & jump start the organizing/de junking phase I. With a great set of new, fresh (lasik enhanced, I may add) "outside eyes" she came in, spent several days/hours with me-helped set some short range goals. We are putting together a marketing dept. and attracting some very wonderful, talented and experienced individuals in which I feel blessed to know. Michele will be partnering up with us in assistance with marketing, changing our image, and overall "growing up" the business as well. She is awesome and I am so THRILLED to have the opportunity to work on several projects with her in the future!
We hired some "number cruncher, bean counter" analysts to review our costs vs. income to determine waste & profitability. Now...there is a very good reason they are called ANALysts...I DO feel like it WAS A RECTAL EXAM!!!!! WOW! These guys are needed-but on the other side of the spectrum of my idea of a FUN AND EXCITING career! Whatever, they are needed in this world or we would all be bumping into walls and not making any money! SO they are appreciated by ME-the "fly by the seat of my pants" crazy CHICK! ....NEXT:
I am pushing to finish my book, which is stressful-my goal was to complete it by this fall...ok...its THIS FALL NOW-Where's MY DAMN BOOK??? SO yes, I need to focus some serious time and brain power on this area! Especially since we are in the middle of making a DVD to promote the "BOOK" as well as being asked to speak about the "BOOK"...now there needs to be a "BOOK" to SELL FIRST-DUH...YA THINK??? YOU SEE MY POINT???
My friend & new business partner, Jennifer, and I are starting up a new venture (yes, same Jennifer that helps me with about everything!). The entity is named "Dream2 Realize"..which is still in the works. We both want to help others "realize" their dreams-and help give them the tools they need to accomplish what they want, as well as help them reach their potential & realize their passions!
Nothing would make us happier that to inspire and help individuals find motivation and drive that lies in each of us...we all have it, we all just don't realize it! How wonderful it WAS WHEN I FINALLY REALIZED IT FOR MYSELF! I want to share that great feeling of FREEDOM when I figured out that "I am the BOSS OF MYSELF", I am responsible FOR ME, MY HAPPINESS, MY DIRECTION, SEEKING MY PASSIONS, LOVING THE REAL ME! ...NEXT:
We have a non-profit organization, which is our privilege to "give back" to the community. " WE Make A Difference Now. www.wemakeadifferencenow.com We are choosing a family or child in need within our communities here in Utah and raising money through various activities to help them obtain whatever it is to help them in whatever way WE can.
Truthfully, my personal passion and desire at this point in my life is to inspire, help, reach, and be a part in the first steps to helping others who desire to change and seek to reach their own full potential. Once someone "gets it right in their head"...there is NO STOPPING SUCCESS and HAPPINESS from FLOWING!
This is MY PATH. This is LIVING MY DREAM!
I love you all-thanks for all the support each and everyone of you have given me over the past few months/years!

Thanks for being refreshingly real. So many are out of touch with what they think and feel that they might as well not even exist.
Keep up the great work on your many projects. I encourage you to have an accountability partner for each area. I've known you long enough to know that you'll be persistent. Now it's time to get the kind of results that you are capable of.
